We'd love to have you join us! There are five different auctions, a morning 5K run, plenty of great food and Mennonite favorites, as well as booths for pies, quilters, arts, and plants.
Schedule
Friday:
5:00 - 7:00 PM - Dinner and some booths are open. General and Quilt Auction items available for viewing.
7:00 - 9:00 PM - Register for the 5K Run for Relief.
7:30 PM - Opening Program in the Auction Building.
Saturday:
7:00 - 9:30 AM - Breakfast: Pancakes and Sausage.
8:00 AM - Booths open.
Register for the General/Quilt Auctions.
5K (3.1 mile) Run for Relief
9:30 AM - General Auction begins with the sale of the symbolic loaf of bread.
Register for the Kids’ Auction for ages 5-15 (with parental assistance).
10:00 AM - Silent Auction (ends at 11:00 AM).
11:00 AM - 1:30 PM - Lunch:
1:00 PM - Auction of specialty items.
1:30 PM - Quilt Auction begins with the singing of ‘Praise God from Whom all Blessings Flow.’ The public is invited to join in.
